After a seemingly endless transition from finishing graduate school to relocating to Virginia while working two jobs, the bad habits of drinking and junk food got the best of me.  Six months and 30 pounds later, one could say I am less than happy with the change.

Although my girlfriend and I started Whole 30 yesterday, we wanted to catalogue our journey through this change and hopefully share/grow our paleo cooking repertoire.  We’re going to do our best to post at least dinner each night and any struggles we have along the way.  There’s so much support out there, we hope yet another blog will help all of us find more and better ways to eat better without sacrificing taste.

Check in as often or as little as you’d like.  I’ll do my best as we grow to organize recipes/lessons along the way.
